Are there boats for rent?

We offer non-motorized boats for use during your stay without fee. These are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please note: Life preservers are required when using resort boats, but are not provided.

Can I bring my boat? Where do I park it?

One motorized boat per cabin/cottage is allowed to be brought in. The space on our boat pier is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Trailer parking is available near the entrance of the resort. In order to prevent complications upon arrival, please contact Kathy at 715-891-9221 prior to arriving with your boat for further instructions.

What should I bring?

Bring your toiletries (shampoo/conditioner), beach towels, life preservers, and quarters if you plan to do laundry. Also bring charcoal if you plan to grill. For coffee, you'll need your own grounds and coffee filters.

What if I need supplies?

We are located 15 minutes from our small town of Land O' Lakes where groceries, fishing supplies and souvenirs are available. The grocery store (Charlie's NW Market) closes at 6pm in the summer.

The nearest shopping outside of Land O' Lakes is 30 minutes south in Eagle River.

Are grills and grill tools provided?

Charcoal grills are provided per cabin/cottage but we do not supply charcoal or starter fluid. Grill tools are provided.

Can I trust the GPS directions?

GPS directions that include Rummels Road should be followed with the understanding that this becomes a gravel road. If you wish to avoid this please continue traveling on Hwy 45 to County Road B which should reroute your GPS.

Where do I get the keys?

There are no keys, but rather a mechanized coded door lock. Upon arrival, your cabin/cottage will be unlocked for you. If you have not received a door lock code in your welcome email, the code will be posted on your refrigerator for reference throughout your stay.

Is WIFI provided?

Free Wifi is provided. It is high-speed and secured with a unique password per unit.

Is there air conditioning?

There is no A/C. Ceiling fans and box fans are included in each unit.

Is there heating?

Our Pine Bluff Cottages all have natural gas heating. The cabins only have baseboard electric heat. We provide extra blankets upon request if you're coming in the shoulder season (spring/fall)

Do you have chargers for electric vehicles? 

No charging stations are available for electric vehicles.

How close are the trails for ATVing, Snowmobiling, & Biking?

ATV and snowmobile trails are located within a mile of the resort.

Off-road biking is available within a mile of the resort.

Paved pedal bike trails are accessible within 3 miles of the resort.

Are there fire-pits for building campfires?

Campfire pits are included with each unit. Firewood must be purchased locally. All wood must be contained within the included pit ring.

Where can I smoke?

Smoking is only allowed outdoors on resort property. Please be courteous.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we are not allowing pets at this time.

Are fireworks allowed?

They are prohibited.

Do you provide high chairs and pack n plays?

We have high chairs and pack n plays available upon request. Please contact us as they are first come first serve.

How do I do laundry?

We have a communal coin laundry available in the lodge. Wash is $2 and drying is $1.25. Quarters only. There is not a quarter machine on the premises. No laundry supplies are provided. There is an iron and board available upon request.

What's the coffee situation?

Each unit is equipped with drip coffee makers. We provide some filters but you will need to bring your own grounds. 

When is check in/check out?

Check in time is 4:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Other arrangements are possible by contacting Kathy at 715-891-9221.

Please note: minimum night stays vary by season. Peak season (7 night minimum) typically runs from the week following Memorial Day up to Labor Day weekend. Off-season is the rest of the calendar with a 2 night minimum stay.

What if I need to adjust my reservation?

Reservations can be adjusted by contacting Kathy at 715-891-9221.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 45 days or more before your arrival and receive your deposit back in full. Cancel within 45 days and there is no refund. Give us a call if you have any questions or concerns. Airbnb and VRBO bookings are held to the cancellation policies set for those platforms. 

Is there parking?

Yes. There are two free parking spots per cabin/cottage. If you need additional, please contact us. 

The dates I want aren't available. What should I do?

Contact us. We have a waitlist we can put you on so you can take advantage of any possible cancellations.
