What if I need to adjust my reservation?

Reservation changes or additions can be made by calling our office.

When is check-in/check-out time?

Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am.  Other arrangements are possible by contacting Kathy at 715-891-9221.

Please note:  minimum night stays vary by season.  Peak season (7 night minimum) typically runs from the week following Memorial Day up to Labor Day weekend.  Off-season is the rest of the calendar with a 2 night minimum stay.

What is the maximum occupancy?

Maximum occupancy includes one full-size sleeper sofa for two, located in the living room of each unit.

Bedding and indoor towels are included in each cabin/cottage according to the number of occupants.

Are there boats for rent?

We offer non-motorized boats for use during your stay without fee. These are available on a first-come, first served basis.

*Life preservers are required when using resort boats, but are not provided.

Can I bring my boat? Where do I park it?

One motorized boat per cabin/cottage is allowed to be brought in.  The space on our boat pier is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Trailer parking is available near the entrance of the resort.  In order to prevent complications upon arrival, please contact Kathy at 715-891-9221 prior to arriving with your boat for further instructions.

What should I bring?

What to bring:  toiletries, beach towels, life preservers

What if I need supplies?

We are located minutes from our small town where groceries, fishing supplies and souvenirs are available.  The grocery store closes at 6pm in the summer.

The nearest shopping outside of Land O Lakes is 30 minutes south in Eagle River.

I want to grill. Are grills or grill tools provided?

Charcoal grills are provided per cabin/cottage but we do not supply charcoal or starter fluid.  Grill tools are provided.

Can I trust the GPS directions?

GPS directions that include Rummels Road should be followed with the understanding that this becomes a gravel road.  If you wish to avoid this please continue traveling on Hwy 45 to County Road B which should reroute your GPS.

Where do I get the keys?

There are no keys, but rather a mechanized coded door lock. Upon arrival, your cabin/cottage will be unlocked for you.  If you have not received a door lock code in your welcome email, the code will be posted on your refrigerator for reference throughout your stay.

Is wifi provided?

Wifi is high-speed and secured with a unique password per unit.

Is there air conditioning?

There is no A/C.  Ceiling fans and box fans are included in each unit.

Do you have chargers for electric vehicles?

No charging stations are available for electric vehicles.

Where are the trails for ATVs, biking and snowmobiling?

ATV and snowmobile trails are located within a mile of the resort.

Off road biking is available within a mile of the resort as well.

Off road biking is available within a mile of the resort.

Pedal bike trails are accessible within 3 miles of the resort.

Are there firepits for building campfires?

Campfire pits are included with each unit.  Firewood can be purchased locally.  All wood must be contained within the included pit ring.

 

Where can I smoke?

Smoking is only allowed outdoors on resort property.  Please be courteous.

 

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we are not allowing pets at this time.
